- Ability to collect and organize IT asset portfolios, identify gaps in metadata, and align with M&A firm requirements.- Skilled in evaluating future state actions (merge, replatform, keep, decommission), identifying redundancies, and scoring cost/value.- Experience in creating technology roadmaps, setting timelines, and mapping actions to portfolio transitions.- Strong facilitation skills to drive decisions with stakeholders, manage risks/issues, and control dependencies and critical paths.- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, communications, and analyzing change impacts.- Ability to track post-integration benefits, analyze portfolio KPIs (cost-to-serve, utilization, redundancy, technical debt, onboarding time).- Skilled with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools (e.g., Service Now APM, Lean IX, CMDB).- Capable of financial modeling (TCO, NPV, payback) and scenario analysis for IT investments.- Ensures high data quality for inventory and metadata.
