Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Key responsibilities include:
1. Schedule management: Develop and manage project schedules, including tracking progress and identifying potential delays;
2. Labor procurement: Ensure appropriate labor levels are in place on-site at all times. Operatives must adhere to health & safety regulations. Procurement of materials should involve negotiating best prices with suppliers and verifying timely deliveries.
3. Quality assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, including inspections, quality plans, reports regimes, site-specific risk assessments,
