Role Overview:
This is a varied position combining sales, customer service, and administrative support. You will play a key role in managing enquiries, promoting our services, coordinating jobs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM system.
* Convert leads into bookings through excellent communication and customer service.
* Allocate staff and resources for scheduled jobs.
* Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote services.
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
* Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in sales (phone or face-to-face) with strong customer service skills.
* Competence with CRM systems and general office software (Word, Excel, email).
* Marketing or social media experience is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours & Benefits:
* Part-time position: up to 19 hours per week,
