Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to manage financial operations, ensure financial health of the company, and collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage ledgers, bank reconciliations, month-end accounts revenue returns, audits, management accounts budgeting, forecasting, project costing.
2. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including cash flow management.
3. Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
4. Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
