Senior Operations Manager
A highly experienced Senior Operations Manager is required to lead a large-scale catering operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume food service or soft service operations, ideally across a large site or multi-outlet location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of catering across a large campus
- Inspire and guide a large, diverse team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, training, and performance to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operations or senior management role within hospitality, catering, or facilities services
- Strong leadership, people management, and delegation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume food service or soft service operations
- Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and inventory/stock management
