Business Development Manager - Pharmaceutical Sector (Consumables) Location: Republic of Ireland (Ideally Dublin or Cork) Package: 65,000 base + 25,000+ bonus (uncapped), company car, mobile, laptop, pension, 21 days annual leave The Company: Our client is a long-established Irish business and a leading name in their sector, supplying specialist consumable products to the global pharmaceutical manufacturing market.
With a solid client base including all major global pharmaceutical players, they are known for exceptional service, fast turnaround, and technical precision.
As part of their continued success, they are now looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and develop their customer base across Ireland.
The Role: Covering all 32 counties, this role is a 50/50 split between managing existing accounts and developing new business.
You'll be selling directly to pharmaceutical manufacturers, working closely with procurement teams, engineering departments and production managers.
The majority of business is concentrated between Dublin and Cork, but you will manage relationships and identify opportunities across the country.
This is a fast-moving, high-volume sales environment - the right person will be used to selling consumable products or solutions with quick turnaround and strong client responsiveness.
This is not a capital equipment sales role - it requires a proactive, agile sales approach with excellent attention to service delivery.
