Senior Financial Analyst Role
This role is responsible for providing financial analysis support to the global manufacturing business. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare financial reports and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide FP&A support for monthly financial results, including operational data reviews and PPT building
* Support center finance by reviewing raw SAP data for monthly reporting
* Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes by providing FP&A support and operational data reviews
* Provide technical support to the Anaplan Lead as needed
Main Responsibilities:
* Critique and understand key budget and forecast drivers in collaboration with GMS sites and platforms
* Assist managers in preparing standard management reporting packages, ad hoc reporting, and KPIs for the GMS business and finance management
* Prepare and book SAP journal entries, PO creation support, and review GL account level data on a regular basis
* Streamline Center HQ processes to ensure clear organization and presentation of operational data from SAP, ensuring central LT (leadership team) are well-informed about YTD spend and providing clear variance analysis to the latest budget and forecast data
Requirements:
* Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Financial Accounting or Business Administration
* Experience: At least 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with a multinational company
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
* Review large Excel data sets and create a story from raw information
