Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Building Physics/Façade Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering, building/architectural engineering, architectural technology or a related field.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with architects, engineers and clients to develop innovative façade design solutions from concept to detailed design and construction.
* They will also contribute to the development of new façade technologies and sustainable design approaches helping us continue to lead in this field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
p We require someone with knowledge in thermal performance assessments of facades as well as familiarity with facade systems. A versatile skillset including knowledge of building physics, facade architectural detail design and report writing is essential. Additionally experience in one or more areas such as conceptual
design facade detailing structural analysis cladding design structural glass designing builting envelope physics faşacadetechology would be beneficial.
The role requires effective communication skills collaboration skills problem solving abilities ability ot work effectively under tight deadlines motivation autonomy learning capacity etc.,
