Role Description
This is a Full-time, remote role for a Community Clinical Nurse Specialist in Colorectal and Stoma Care. Responsibilities include providing specialist care and advice to patients, delivering personalized clinical support, and contributing to the development and implementation of care plans. The role also involves building effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting training, and staying updated on advancements in colorectal/stoma care practices.
Qualifications
* Strong clinical experience and expertise in colorectal and stoma care
* Exceptional communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in training other healthcare professionals and delivering workshops
* Ability to stay updated with the latest industry research and apply advances in practice
* Registered nurse qualification and valid NMBI or NMC registration
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work effectively in remote and independent settings
* Previous experience in providing support or tailored care within stoma care is highly beneficial
