This luxury hotel in Co Wicklow invites applications for a Head of Sales Development to drive revenue growth and achieve annual targets. This senior sales role will lead the Sales department, develop and execute the hotel's Sales & Marketing Plan, and foster a sales culture throughout the team.

* Develop and deliver a comprehensive Sales & Marketing Plan with the Director of Hospitality
* Sources new business opportunities, develops existing relationships, and nurtures international markets
* Leverages strong leadership, motivational, and training skills to optimize team performance
* Conducts on-the-road sales calls with clients, utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills
* Maintains a deep understanding of revenue, selling, and negotiation strategies
* Utilizes sales data and property management systems effectively, and has a solid grasp of digital marketing principles
* Demonstrates a strategic perspective on the hospitality industry, driving informed decision-making
Own transport is essential for this role, as you will be conducting sales calls on the road three days a week.
