McHale is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Ballinrobe. This is an exciting opportunity to join our front of house team in our new showroom and facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival into the factory.
* Ensure visitors are signed-in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
* Maintain factory security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and access gates.
* Managing the daily phone calls and enquiries to the factory. Distributing this information to the correct department and people.
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
* Completing daily checklists for Production.
* Placing orders and maintaining stationery stock.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post.
* Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
* Other ad hoc general administrative work.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a reception administration role.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
* Fluent English required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office products required.
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, laminators and printers).
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
