We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Shop Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a dynamic organisation that makes a positive impact in their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
 * Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
 * Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management, cash handling and visual merchandising
 * Analyse sales data and reports to inform business decisions and optimise performance
 * Foster strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
 * Proven retail experience with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks
 * Competent in IT packages, including Excel, Word and EPOS systems
