Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dublin for an Information Technology Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, performing effective troubleshooting and problem-solving, implementing network security measures, and providing technical support for hardware and software issues. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations and delivering top-notch customer service by identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology concepts
* Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Experience or knowledge in Network Security practices
* Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
* Proficiency with common IT tools and equipment is an advantage
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
