About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Carrigaline. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing food & beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, smooth daily operations, and customer satisfaction across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily service across multiple venues including bar, dining areas, and function spaces
* Manage AM and PM shifts covering breakfast, lunch, carvery, dinner, and evening bar service
* Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
* Support seamless coordination of conference, banquet, and event operations
* Ensure all daily bills and reports are accurate and properly posted
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior hospitality supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead a team in a busy, customer-focused environment
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
