Are you looking to grow your career in a commercial or pricing role with real impact? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven team player to join us as a Bid Administrator- Materials & Sales. In this junior-level role, you’ll support the development and maintenance of pricing strategies, product catalogues, and customer proposals—working closely with experienced commercial and technical teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in pricing, market analysis, and ERP systems within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

* Coordinate the calculation of product proposals in alignment with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Prepare and update commercial proposals for all customers on an annual or biannual basis, ensuring all proposals are current and within their validity period.
* Support the rollout and implementation of customer contracts.
* Maintain and update pricing data within the ERP system.
* Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the product catalogue.
* Continuously analyze cost trends and market pricing for individual engine part repairs; propose and implement improvement measures in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and technical departments.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize internal costing and proposal processes.
* Contribute to business plan inputs and establish pricing for New Product Introduction (NPI) repairs, based on competitor benchmarking and profitability analysis.
* Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) as needed.

Qualifications

* Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business discipline.
* Excellent Interpersonal skills.
* Problem solving ability in a rapidly changing environment.
* Ability to work with all levels within the company.
* Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
* Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
* Ability to identify business issues and barriers.
* Personable / approachable style.
* Disciplined approach to work and must be proactive in implementing positive change.
* Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
* Decision-making skills.
* ERP/MRP IT system user.
* Highly motivated, pro-active and confident person eager to learn and take on responsibility.
* Fluency in another European Language, e.g. German/French will be an advantage.
