Hybrid Model (2 days in office)
We are seeking a skilled Network Architect with a proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures. This role demands hands-on experience across complex enterprise environments, covering both on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructures. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with security standards, and provide Tier 3 support.
Please note this role operates in a hybrid model. Candidates are expected to work from our customers Dublin office at least once per week. They should be able and willing to do so.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a network architect in enterprise settings
* Proven ability to design scalable, highly available, and supportable network architectures
* Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following domains:
* Wide Area Networks (WAN) MPLS, DMVPN, or SD-WAN
* Local Area Networks (LAN)
* Wireless networking
* Hybrid cloud connectivity and architecture
* Network management and monitoring systems
* Cyber security integration in network design
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Lead Architect to deliver comprehensive, multi-technology network designs across enterprise layers
* Produce High-Level Design (HLD) documentation and co-develop Low-Level Design (LLD) alongside the delivery teams
* Collaborate with other design teams to represent network interests in broader architectural decisions
* Work closely with Cyber Security and Compliance functions to ensure designs meet security and regulatory requirements
* Provide post-design implementation, configuration, and Tier 3 support for live enterprise systems
* Support LAN, WAN, Cloud, and production environments with a focus on performance and reliability
* Act as a key escalation point for critical business-impacting network issues
* Design solutions for IPv4 environments and implement network management, monitoring, and operational support systems
