Operations Engineer Job Description
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes for neuro medical devices.
* The Operations Engineer will oversee and optimize production lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
* This position involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, including product assembly, testing, and packaging.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for the company's flagship device, encompassing product assembly, testing, and packaging.
* Provide technical support to the manufacturing line, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and issues are resolved swiftly.
* Monitor line performance, efficiency, and output, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
* Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable policies, including accurate documentation and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations engineering within the medical device industry, preferably with neuro interventional devices.
