Air Traffic Management Office - Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Air Traffic Operations Unit, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Document Controller duties for Shannon Enroute and AIS Operations, including completing the change control process on DAAMS and ensuring consistency between DAAMS and distributed hard copies.
* Issue Air Traffic Control, AIS, and Engineering notices, updating the ATC Electronic Briefing System and safety-related documentation as required.
* Provide administrative support to Shannon Enroute, AIS, and Technical Services Operational Engineering Unit Management, including taking notes at meetings and handling general office duties.
* Complete standards forms, memos, letters, and responses to queries as needed.
* Assist the Unit Safety Manager in administering all safety-related activities for the Shannon Operation Unit.
* Support the Unit Training Manager in maintaining staff training records and administering Shannon training activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a busy administrative position.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
