Lead Client Services Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Client Services Professional to lead our team of client services specialists and coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships that foster mutually beneficial relationships.
You will strategize and problem-solve complex briefs with a focus on lead generation. Your expertise in account management, business development, and leadership will enable you to drive growth and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and retention.
* Bilateral: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all management levels.
* Educate clients on our services and develop integrated solutions that benefit both the client and our organization.
* Ensure client satisfaction with team performance and service levels.
* Proactively manage business operations and account procedures for optimization.
* Develop presentations for prospects, including QBRs, RFPs, and proposals.
* Keep management informed of events/issues impacting client relationships.
* Lead, train, and evaluate a team of client services specialists and coordinators.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of marketing, creative, media, and digital communication platforms.
* Solid business acumen to assess opportunities and adapt strategies.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Experience in customer service, sales, and account management best practices.
* Ability to develop and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
