You will be responsible for preparing all the ingredients for our menu, setting up the breakfast service, cooking a range of breakfast items, and ensuring all food meets our standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, from traditional favorites to more contemporary options.Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and dicing vegetables, fruits, and other food items.Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen area at all times.Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures.Assist with stocktaking and inventory management to minimise waste and ensure ingredients are always available.Follow prep lists provided by the Head Chef to ensure all necessary components are ready for service.Assist with lunch service after breakfastJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €16.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Foxrock, Dublin, CO.
