* Employer relations
* Disciplinary investigations/hearings
* Talent Management
* Action planning
* Succession planning
* Representing HR at senior level
* HR Data/Metrics
* Annual pay reviews
* Day to day query resolution
The person:
* Strong, resilient, professional, highly organised, confident person
* 5+ years senior level experience
* Third level qualification, not necessarily CIPD/HR could be business but would be nice to have and have worked with a HR system.
* Exemplary inter-personal skills with an engaging, approachable style.
* Able to confidently and sensitively challenge employees at every level (including senior leaders) and hold their position.
* Willingness to travel to various projects and offices as required
* Previous experience in a similar role and a broad understanding across different areas of HR
