Job Description: The Ratings Legal Attorney: Project Finance and Private Credit role is a unique opportunity to work with a global credit rating agency. As an integral member of the credit ratings group, you will play a key role in the rating process, working across a wide range of project finance, infrastructure, and private credit transactions. The successful candidate will have 3+ years post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or structured finance. They will also possess excellent communication skills, research analytical and organizational skills. The ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with others is essential for this role.
