About the Role
LearnUpon is looking for a Manager, Web Marketing to join our team. This is a hybrid position working three days a week from our office in Dublin, Ireland. LearnUpon LMS helps organizations train their employees, partners, and customers by providing a single, powerful solution for learning and development.

What will I be doing?
* Own efforts to attract and convert new customers, and help grow existing customers by building and enhancing web experiences in coordination with paid search, display, email, and other channels.
* Manage and lead the optimization of our WordPress website and incoming requests via our project‑management tool (Jira).
* Lead a small team of two developers to deliver a best‑in‑class web experience.
* Lead our SEO strategy with a focus on both content and technical SEO to grow our organic channel.
* Leverage SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and others to manage site performance and SEO.
* Own our web analytics and be responsible for gathering and reporting data and insights across our web properties that inform our GTM strategy.
* Develop the website roadmap in collaboration with the team and leadership, identifying opportunities that directly impact marketing outcomes.
* Handle day‑to‑day backlog management, own ticket workflow, and remove blockers to ensure a smooth platform for campaign execution.
What skills do I need?
* 4+ years of B2B website experience.
* Strong people‑management skills with at least 2 years of experience.
* Track record of delivering high‑quality, scalable, measurable web experiences.
* Excellent project‑management and organizational skills, including experience with Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
* Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
* Passion for driving growth through SEO and analytics, with mastery of Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity.
* Team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical thinker who can justify and articulate ideas with data.
