Working directly with our Senior Architectural Technologist, you will provide support to project teams working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment for the successful technical delivery of projects from the concept phase through detailed design, construction and handover on our high-profile Science, Industry and Technology (SIT) projects.As An Architectural Technologist At Arup, You WillDeliver full design services tailored to our client needs, from concept design through to project handover.Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.Support design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the Project LeadershipActively engage with the development of tools to support efficient working practices and automation.Does this role inspire you?We're looking for someone who is passionate. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:Bachelor's degree of Architectural Technology.Minimum 3 to 5 years post-graduate experience.Skilled in REVIT and experience working in a BIM environment is required.Strong knowledge in producing detail design packages, specifications and delivering projects through detailed design, construction and handover in Ireland or the UK.Ability to manage the design and delivery of medium to large, technical projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is beneficial.We Also ValueKnowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and BCAR system and procedures.Project experience working on complex buildings.Proven experience in the delivery of complex, highly technical projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as individually.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all stakeholder, clients, consultants etc.Why Arup?At Arup, we believe in rewarding our members for their contributions to our shared success.
