Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Receptionist/Administrator based in Dublin, with some work from home flexibility. This is a fixed term contract for 11 months. The Office Receptionist/Administrator will handle day-to-day receptionist duties such as answering phones and managing email queries. Other tasks include performing clerical duties like filing and data entry, ensuring effective communication within the office, and providing excellent customer service to members and visitors.
Qualifications
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing and data entry
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
* Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office) and office equipment
* Previous experience in an office administration and reception is essential
