Primary Responsibilities
Source New Clients
Actively seek out new leads and follow up with the Business Development team to help build a solid pipeline of future clients.
Connect with Clients
Be the first point of contact for new clients — answer their initial questions, set up meetings and build a rapport that helps turn potential clients into ongoing partners.
Prepare Sales Materials
Assist in creating professional proposals, quotes and presentations that show clients why eCOGRA is the right choice.
Attend Industry Events
Represent eCOGRA at conferences and events, meeting potential clients and building interest in our certification services.
Manage the Pipeline
Keep an organised record of activities in the CRM, providing regular updates on progress and client feedback to ensure we stay on top of all opportunities.
