Location:North Dublin, parking on-site and well-serviced by bus routesOur client, a leading consumer brand with a global presence, is recruiting an FP&A Manager to its Dublin HQ. Reporting to the Financial Controller with a dotted line to CFO/CEO, you will work as part of a team of two, with responsibility for the financial planning and analysis of the business. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.ResponsibilitiesManage the annual budget, and quarterly and monthly forecast cycles (for multi-store and departmental cost centres), ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reportingPrepare three-year forecastsDevelop business case assessments for new stores and new markets, including management recommendationsEstablish and maintain key business KPI reportingProvide detailed monthly reporting to operations departments for reviewWork closely with heads of departments and their teams to deliver performance insightsConduct revenue and expenditure analysis with a commercial focusPerform stock analysis, including ageing, slow-moving and NRV reportingPrepare cost centre KPIs and management reportsRequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), ideally with 3-5 years experience in a commercially focused FP&A role with the ability to work to corporate reporting deadlinesPrevious experience with S4/HANA and Power BI would be advantageous, though not essentialExperience in producing budgets, forecasts, and management accounts for multi-company or departmental entitiesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataExcellent analytical and reporting capabilities
