Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP protocols, as well as adherence to relevant legal and company policies.
Monitor and assess both individual and team performance, offering regular feedback, coaching, and training to encourage growth and maintain high service standards.

Experience in staff rota planning, task delegation, and general team management to support the flow of daily operations.
