Keeper is seeking a skilled bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing EMEA sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical.

This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period and requires a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

About the Job
\
The Inside Sales Account Representatives are responsible for targeting new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails. You will manage full sales cycles, communicate with Dutch speaking customers, and balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

1. Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails

2. Manage full sales cycles

3. Communicate with Dutch speaking customers, both verbally and in writing

4. Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis

5. Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract
\
6. Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope
\
7. Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and informed of changes, updates, and new products
\
8. Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues
\
9. Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts
\
10. Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets
\
11. Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity
\
12. Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities
\
13. Achieve sales quotas and exceed expectations
\
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
\
15. Continuously improve sales strategies and tactics to drive results
\
16. Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales progress
\
17. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of competition
\
