Job Title: Senior Network Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Technician to join our team in Dublin. As the Senior Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining ITS equipment.
* Manage and commission small projects on a day-to-day basis.
* Liaise with customers and supervisors to resolve issues and provide support.
* Administer contracts, including timesheets, job numbers, stock requisitions, vehicle mileage forms, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily management of small-scale projects.
* Effective communication with both customers and supervisors.
* Contract administration, including timesheets, job numbers, stock requisitions, vehicle mileage forms, and other relevant tasks.
* Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, tools, and PPE in good working condition.
* Providing guidance, training, and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues as needed.
* Completing routine inspections on ITS equipment.
* Responding to faults and emergencies within contractual timeframes and undertaking assigned activities in support of the contract supervisor.
* Ensuring accuracy of fault data recorded on Fault Management System.
* Ensuring new project work installations meet high standards and safe working practices are followed on site.
* Commissioning equipment, conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and taking responsibility for handover to clients.
* Providing technical support to customers.
* Liaising with both customers and supervisors to discuss problems, issues, program, etc.
* Solving problems and providing technical advice to customers.
* Attending ad-hoc meetings with customers.
* Awareness of individual contract requirements and ensuring that any project paperwork is accurate and returned on time.
Your Profile:

* Department of Education Leaving Certificate.
* Experience in a similar role or within the traffic industry.

* CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks certification.
