Dublin.Your new roleAs a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for both Ireland and the UK. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires precision, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payrolls for Ireland and UK in line with Revenue, HMRC, and internal policy guidelines.Input and manage payroll-related data on the SAP payroll system according to agreed schedules and compliance deadlines.Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and adherence to tax regulations.Respond to customer queries via SAP CRM system, meeting internal SLA and service standards.Calculate monthly PAYE, PRSI, USC, and net pay.Prepare and process monthly payroll data with a high level of accuracy.Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure compliance with budget and regulatory changes.Conduct payroll system testing as required.What you'll need to succeedQualifications: IPASS or equivalent certification.Experience: Minimum 1 year of payroll operations experience.Knowledge: Understanding of employment law, payroll regulations, and Revenue/HMRC processes.Skills:Strong numeracy and attention to detail.Effective time management and ability to handle competing priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Initiative and accountability in a team environment.Mindset: Pride in your work and a desire to contribute to team success.What you'll get in returnExcellent on the job and learning opportunities.
