Invoicing Assistant required for our busy Midlands Electrical Contracting & Property Maintenance company.
Job Summary:
Preparing jobs for invoicing process
Issuing of invoices to clients
Liaising with accounts department regarding invoicing & client accounts
Use of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Use of Sage 50 Accounts
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office environment essential
Efficiency using Microsoft products & ability to use computer
Experience in sage 50 preferred but not essential if previous history in alternative invoicing software as training will be provided.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
