Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven professional to fill this role in representing a leading confectionary brand in the FMCG sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining regular contact with all specified outlets within the agreed geographical area to enhance client engagement.
* Improving and maintaining existing client share of space, distribution, and displays within these outlets to drive sales growth.
* Identifying and maximizing further display opportunities within the outlets and installing secondary items of point-of-sale material to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in the FMCG industry with a strong background in sales and merchandising across multiple grocery retail accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive business decisions.
* A proven ability to achieve excellence in execution and exceed sales targets.
Benefits:
* An annual base salary of €30K.
* A bonus structure of up to 10% OTE based on performance.
