Opportunity for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technicians based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work in a pharmaceutical environment, as part of a team of technicians.Option with Day or Shift role (Shift allowance)Benefits include Health and Pension.Day to day of the role:Work as part of the Utilities Maintenance team and plan work activities in line with maintenance and Process scheduleAssist in commissioning activities, Project support and Equipment Vendor Maintenance.Work to plan and schedule the required Maintenance activitiesManage and support service or equipment vendors when undertaking Maintenance as required to ensure that applicable standards are adhered to.Liaise with discipline leads to coordinate activities for efficient execution of Maintenance activities.Ensure all PTW and mechanical isolations are in place to perform maintenance works related to mechanical Utilities.Updating GMP maintenance documents and drawings to reflect any changes required and to improve operation of maintenance activities.Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance on all operational equipmentProactively problem solve to ensure that operational issues are solved permanently.Ensure corrective action is taken, as required, for all equipment and operational problems to drive continuous improvement in the Plant.Plan and develop maintenance plans where requiredOperate and Maintain utility systemsRequired skills for this role:Mechanical/Electrical experience, 2 years minimum and good understanding of the basic fundamentals of the various utilities systems.Building Management Systems (Scada)Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems.PLC'sTroubleshooting and repair of Mechanical/Electrical systemsAbility to read and understand P&ID's.Understanding of SOPs and GMP Engineering systems.Please forward updated CV's to
