Job Role Overview
Seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support for commissioning, qualification, and verification of heat pump equipment and boiler packages at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
* Technical Support & Project Coordination: Lead and assist in commissioning activities for heat pump and boiler systems, including design review, protocol development and execution, and verification of mechanical installation.
* Engineering Implementation: Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical system designs, oversee vendor delivery, installation, and field verification, interface with building management systems (BMS/EMS), and facilitate tie-in and integration planning with existing utility networks.
* Documentation Management & Compliance: Generate and review engineering and CQV documentation in line with site GMP standards, encompassing Mechanical Completion documentation, Utility Impact Assessments, Risk assessments, and Turnover package compilation.
