What Youll Need A minimum Level 7 QQI qualification BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent Health/Social Care qualification.
CORU registration, or evidence that your application is in progress.
At least 1 year of experience supporting vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Strong understanding of current national policies and sectoral developments within disability services.
Ability to follow and contribute to the development of personalised support plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the role, including Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
A full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
