Senior Finance Manager Opportunity
A challenging role has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at lex-consultancy, a leading Real Estate Property Organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee timely and accurate financial and management reporting for institutional clients.
* Monitor service charge accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
* Manage finance relationships with internal and external service providers.
* Analyse financial data to identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
* Ensure all financial management of the portfolio is up to standard.
* Work on finance and operational transformation projects to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
* Must be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant.
* 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
* Experience in real estate and/or property management finance is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of financial principles and operational processes.
* Proven track record in overseeing accounting functions and implementing process improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with financial, data analytic, and workflow-based monitoring tools is an advantage.
