Job Overview
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and maintenance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering management, with experience in industrial environments and a strong understanding of materials handling and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day coordination and management of engineering activities related to material handling equipment (MHE) and automation activities (hardware)
* Manage procurement of equipment, budgeting, specification, price negotiation and writing supporting business case
* Plan, oversee and optimise all preventative and reactive maintenance activities to minimise plant downtime
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
* A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar Engineering Management or Engineering/Maintenance leadership role
