Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, implementing internal controls, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain financial systems and records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to support business needs.
* Implement internal financial controls to safeguard business assets.
* Review, coordinate, and approve capital and operational budgets.
* Prepare financial documents, budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.
* Assess financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Develop forecasting procedures to enhance financial planning.
* Manage and support financial teams, including a direct report and outsourced partners.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in leading teams and developing people.
* Strong knowledge of financial policies and controls as well as accounting principles.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
* Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements.
