We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in precision engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to driving technical excellence.
You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, from concept through to production.
Design, develop, and optimize precision-engineered components and assemblies.
Apply advanced CAD/CAM and simulation tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, supply chain).
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions on complex issues.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in precision engineering.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
Candidates with alternative engineering qualifications and substantial relevant experience in precision engineering will also be considered.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a precision engineering or high-technology manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in designing and delivering high tolerance engineered components.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Hypermill or Inventor).
Strong understanding of CNC machining, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with quality standards (e.g., ISO ****, AS****, or equivalent).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
