People and Culture Advisor Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to shape the company's culture and values, enhancing employee experience and driving business success. They will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations matters, leading recruitment and onboarding initiatives, and designing training programs across HR policies and systems.
About the Role:
* Provide expert advice on employee relations matters
* Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
* Design and deliver training programs across HR policies and systems
* Drive employee engagement, performance, and recognition programs
* Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
* Previous experience as a People & Culture Advisor/HR Advisor/HR Officer/HR Generalist
* Strong working knowledge of UK/NI/ROI employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
