About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of client funds and entities, including investor requests, CRM & Investor Portals, Treasury, calls, and distributions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fund industry practices and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in an ever-changing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the administration of client funds and entities, including investor requests, CRM & Investor Portals, Treasury, calls, and distributions.
* Support client communications and help manage client expectations around capital activity.
* Participate and provide timing of client capital activity at team meetings.
* Onboard new funds and investors, ensuring proper documentation is received and complete.
* Maintain client contact database, including timely entering and updating of investor information into the CRM portal.
* Assess and monitor the risk profiles of investors, review CDD documentation, and perform sanctions screenings.
* Attend compulsory training as required by regulations, such as AML/CFT periodic training.
* Ensure all operational activities are executed in line with the company's regulatory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Required Education and Experience
* Certified Governance Institute (CGI) qualified or part-qualified, or other related program.
* At least 1 year of experience in funds administration.
* Experience in Company Secretarial and Governance services.
* Neat, organized, and able to work independently and interdependently.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
