Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a GRADUATE Business Development Representative (sales). The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, communicating the value of our services, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

* Experience in Business Development
* Experience in outbound engagement
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
* Previous experience in the sales or prospecting industry is a plus
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm
Salary
- £23,800 - £25,000 base salary (dependant on experience)
- Plus OTE £2,000 - £4,000
