Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Support Worker. The role involves providing support to children with varying abilities and their families in a community-based setting. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides alternative respite for families and promotes community integration, social inclusion, and life skills development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience supporting individuals with additional needs or supporting children in a professional setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. A full driving licence and use of their own vehicle are also essential requirements.
