Senior Marketing Manager / Dublin West Our client is a very exciting successful sustainability business seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. Salary: €75-€85K plus benefits. The Role: Develop marketing and communications strategies and implement annual plans that align with the organisations mission and business objectives Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including TV, radio, digital and social and email, that drive awareness and participation. Develop and manage communications strategies to enhance brand reputation Develop a messaging framework and produce engaging and relevant content that gains cut through with key core audiences Lead and mentor a high performing Marketing Team to deliver organisational targets Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency of brand identity across entire suite of organisational communications Manage and optimise the website strategy simplifying the journey for a range of different users Lead the development and management of key strategic partnerships driving alignment with business strategy and key organisational targets Deliver customer and stakeholder insight and research to drive performance and support critical decision making Manage crisis communications and act as spokesperson when necessary Create and manage internal communications strategies and plans galvanising employees and make them advocates for the brand Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Regulatory, IT and Finance Teams delivering integrated plans and activities Manage and optimise budgets to deliver on investment Manage relationships, contracts and tenders with key brand, creative and media partners ensuring high performance and efficiency The Candidate: A qualification in Marketing / Communications or relevant discipline Very strong experience in Marketing/Communications with a proven ability in a management role Strong knowledge of Through The Line campaigns (including TV), digital marketing and media relations and communications essential Team player with ability to work collaboratively with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills: Marketing TTL with TV Communicatiions.
