To ensure the plant and all associated machinery & equipment are in optimum working order. Maintenance of the plant to acceptable structural standards.REPORTING TO: The Maintenance ManagerCROSS FUNCTIONAL:· Liaise with Production Manager and Assistant Managers on plant requirements and repairs.· Liaise with Quality Department on Plant/ structural requirements following Hygiene audits etc.· Liaise with NPD & Technical maintenance requirements to facilitate new products and or processchanges.DUTIES:· Ensure efficient operation of plant and machinery.· Maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.· Complete Preventative Maintenance as per schedule.· Complete service records.· Oversee plant calibrations and Eddy current testing as required by Maintenance Manager.· Maintenance of plant refrigeration as required by Maintenance Manager.· Maintenance of plant boiler as required by Maintenance Manager.· Complete structural improvements and repairs as required.· Complete maintenance corrective actions following Hygiene audits etc.· Sign off on repair sheets or work permits as required.· Complete maintenance work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Procedures.· Accompany and oversee the work of contractors where required.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Clonakilty, CO.
