As a Front Office Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

* Greet guests warmly and allocate rooms efficiently
* Maintain high personal and work hygiene standards at all times
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, customer care, and security protocols
* Process registrations and check-outs with accuracy and speed
* Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests throughout their stay
