The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of residential, domiciliary, and day care services for vulnerable adults and children. This role will primarily focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health problems who may have complex behaviors.

This leadership position requires a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and level-headedness. The ideal candidate will be able to provide supervision, decision-making, and leadership skills to support staff and clients effectively.
