A forward-thinking and collaborative accountancy firm in Balbriggan is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to join their leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing team members, and driving best practice across systems and service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Manage a client portfolio with responsibility for accounts, advisory, and reporting
2. Oversee work from junior staff and provide mentorship
3. Promote use of cloud systems and support digital transformation
4. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (tax, payroll, outsourcing)
5. Contribute to operational improvements and growth plans
The Right Fit:
6. ACA/ACCA qualified with strong practice experience
7. Strong communicator and relationship builder
8. Confident working with cloud software (Xero, Dext etc.)
9. Team-focused, hands-on and adaptable
