What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling customer Orders: from start to finish – processing, tracking, reviewing and making sure everything is accurate
* Dealing with Queries: logging queries and complaints in the system and dealing with them with professionalism and care
* Building Relationships: developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Database Management: keep our systems up to date so everyone has the right information at the right time
* Cross Department Training: participate in training across different units so you're always able to add value

* Love Working with People: you have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
